All of our work is informed by the Recovery and Social Models of mental health. This means we subscribe to the belief that people experiencing mental health difficulties can be marginalised and oppressed personally, societally and structurally, and that this can have a detrimental effect on their well-being. This training provides an insight into the experience of living with mental health difficulties and an improved knowledge and awareness around mental health conditions, associated stigma and other related issues.
