No matter what disability or mental health difficulty, we all have a right to an ‘ordinary life’. We all create our own version of an ‘ordinary life’. This might be going to the match with our mates, developing our career or having children. Disabled people and people with experience of mental health difficulties are often denied these everyday, ordinary aspects of life. We know with good support, information and access, no one is too disabled or too affected by mental health difficulties to lead an ordinary life.
