On the back of Quality of Life reviews, we may work with managers and staff across social care, health and community provision, to develop their practice so it is more person-centred and outcome-focused. Part of this programme focuses on leadership development for senior staff members, supporting them to act as facilitators who drive change in partnership with people with learning disabilities and autistic people.
